Kid America Club comes to One Anthem

Sold out in most retailers like Commonwealth, Kid America Club will debut tomorrow March the 5th at One Anthem. Here's a little info about this label... The Kid America Club came out of the Eleventh Street Turf Wars that went kaput in 1999 (that's when they got kicked out of their fancy loft apartment). As a gang they really didn't have much direction. Not one of them could fight or would fight, seeing as they're all cowards. They preferred to argue with each other and make fun of people at comic book conventions. This led to their gig on public access television. The Kid America Adventure Hour ran from 2001 till 2004, on various "in between channels" that Time Warner donates to the public domain. But the band never understood that they weren't on network tv. Infighting led to a rift between actors. Some new characters joined, others fell by the wayside. Graphic Content got them thrown off the air. In 2005 the band chose a new course of action. Rap. The fact that the members in the group are a bunch of puppets and junkies shouldn't deter you from listening to their music. A squad that can get 13 MC's deep (as on The Kid America Club Theme) is pretty amazing, especially when not one of them can "really" rap.

Jordan fans Nike has released it's 23rd edition. It's the 1st shoe by Nike designed under it's "Considered" ethos, which aims to "reduce waste and use environmentally friendly materials wherever possible". The XX3 will be released in 3 hyped-up rounds to be sent to only 23 retailers to be sold for $230 and concluding with the national launch at $185. There are rumors that Nike may retire the Jordan's, iconic to the number Mr. Jordan made so famous.

So... I was surfing myspace and I went into one of the groups that I'm considered as one of the admins, as I was surfing around I noticed one of the cats had a display name that caught my eye. The display name was "... of new-anthem.com". So I checked it out to see what this was all about... I couldn't believe what I saw... First, this was their slogan said, "New Anthem.
Everybody has their own anthem." Hmmm, that sounds so close to our slogan. Wow! You might as well called it, "Two Anthem" instead of "New Anthem". Better yet do you want to just buy my name and business! Yes, this is a true story. Don't get me wrong... I strongly believe that their is enough money to go around for every one but when you pick a name that is so close to mine... that is flat out "Weak!". Here's a little clip of that site.
